Acknowledging and praising employees in the workplace is a powerful tool for motivating staff and creating a positive, productive environment. Here’s how effective acknowledgment and praise can enhance motivation, along with a look at how to do it in a way that exhibits genuine care for your employees.
Remember, this doesn’t mean that workflows or deadlines don’t matter. This doesn’t mean expectations go out the window, but it does mean you’re pointing out the work that has been done or is ready to be done—and done well.
